HOPE

It was a pitch black dark and stormy night. She was sitting by her windowsill staring at the raindrops trickling down the window. She relaxed her neck and looked back to see if her mother called out her name but it was him. He was wearing a white suit with a black bow tie, grinning showing off his bright white teeth, his hair all rustled up she looked at him smiled and let out a sigh of relief. She felt at home and at peace. He held out his hand and looked into her tear filled eyes. As a tear drop fell on her cheek he pulled her up and said “I'm here now” winked and smiled.

She hugged him, sobbing as she pulled away from his chest and looked up to see him, hit was all in her head, yet another dream and went back to sit the near windowsill and see the raindrops trickle down the window.
